California Quarterly Package Program is designed for California Inmates and their family. We have been deemed an approved vendor by the State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for inmate packages. Our Securepak program allows a family or friend to send quarterly packages to an incarcerated loved one that contains food, clothing, hygiene and shoes to California prisons, institutions or facilities via an approved vendor. Food items include, but are not limited to, coffee, ramen, meats, seafood, pastries and candy. Hygiene items include, but are not limited to, deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioners. Clothing items include, but are not limited to, sweatshirts, sweatpants, thermals, and underclothing. We strive to meet the requirements of the state correctional centers, institutions and facilities, while also providing an inmate desired, but approved, products from their family.

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has approved this independent vendor to sell merchandise to inmates and the public. CDCR's brief review and approval of this vendor was strictly limited to minimun security requirements and general business intent.
